Description
Clayton County Water Authority is soliciting professional services to perform comprehensive preventive maintenance, inspection, protective-relay testing, calibration, and overload testing for electrical switchgear and associated equipment at six water and wastewater facilities. The work includes collecting and verifying service and single-line data, inspecting and adjusting switchgear components, testing relays and solid-state protection devices, identifying deficiencies, recommending corrective repairs, and reporting test results, trip currents, and trip times. The proposal must include a project approach and scope of work, project schedule, key personnel and qualifications, subcontractor information if applicable, company experience and references, facility-specific lump-sum pricing and cost breakdowns, and required compliance forms and certifications. A mandatory site visit to all six facilities is required for responsiveness, and proposals must be submitted through the Bonfire portal.
