Description
Fulton County Government is seeking qualified firms to provide standby, on-call landscape design and installation services at County facilities. The scope includes landscape design and construction documents; installation and rehabilitation of trees, shrubs, ground cover, turf, seasonal color, hardscape features, sidewalks, walking trails, grading, drainage, and irrigation systems; tree removal; site amenity purchases; and related maintenance and repair services. Services may include weekly turf and ornamental plant maintenance, fertilization, pruning, pest management, seasonal planting, irrigation inspections and repairs, watering, debris removal, and technical reporting. Proposers must provide qualified personnel, including a Georgia Registered Landscape Architect and Project Manager, and must submit technical and cost proposals, required purchasing and compliance forms, a current business license, and supporting documentation required for any claimed local or service-disabled-veteran preference.
