Description
Clayton County is soliciting bids for ongoing spring-water delivery services for various county departments. The scope includes supplying five-gallon spring-water bottles on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, renting top-load and bottom-load hot/cold water dispensers, cleaning dispensers during each delivery, and providing all required labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and related services. Services will be provided at county facilities throughout Clayton County, with the ability to add or remove locations as needed. The contract has an initial one-year term and may be renewed for four successive one-year terms. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant water-bottle-delivery experience and must submit pricing through the designated electronic bidding system, along with the required solicitation forms, business and professional-license documentation, insurance certificate, references, subcontractor information, and other compliance materials.
