The City of Belpre Water and Sewer Department is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services for various water and sewer infrastructure projects anticipated in 2026. The scope includes waterline extensions, replacements, and rehabilitations; sewer collection system improvements; pump station upgrades; water and wastewater treatment plant improvements; and general engineering support such as planning, environmental documentation, permitting, surveying, and construction administration. The City seeks to identify up to three qualified firms for potential contract negotiations.
