Description
The project includes construction of paved pedestrian paths adjacent to S.R. 93 and Township Road 457/Tecumseh Lake entrance, installation of a prefabricated modular retaining wall, and construction of a new gravel parking area. Additional work includes clearing within the Tecumseh Lake spillway limits, traffic maintenance, debris removal and disposal, compacted fill placement, culvert, underdrain, and outlet pipe installation, signage, sediment controls, and site revegetation. The engineer's estimate is $467,630.00. The project is subject to the Ohio prevailing-wage determination for heavy and highway construction, including applicable labor classifications and fringe benefits. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, and electronic signature is required for online submission.
