Trimble Local School District (SFA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Food Service Management Companies (FSMC) to manage and operate its child nutrition programs under a cost-reimbursable contract. The contract covers the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), After School Care Snack Program (ASCSP), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), and other services such as a la carte sales, adult meals, catering, and vending. The FSMC will be responsible for preparing and serving meals at three schools: Trimble Elementary School, Trimble Middle School, and Trimble High School. The FSMC must comply with all USDA and Ohio Department of Education regulations, including meal pattern requirements, Buy American provisions, and food safety standards. The contract is for a one-year base period beginning July 1, 2026, with four optional one-year renewals. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost (weighted highest) and other criteria to be determined by the SFA.
