Description
Ohio University is seeking proposals for a faculty information system. The available materials do not provide functional or technical requirements for the system. The awarded supplier will execute Ohio University's side-letter agreement; any exceptions to that agreement must be included in the proposal, and changes to the indemnification clause may affect award. Questions must be submitted through the Questions Tab on the electronic sourcing platform. The solicitation is for Ohio University only and is not a joint procurement with Miami University.
