Description
The State of Ohio is soliciting a contractor to remove and replace the gutters and downspouts at its District 4 Headquarters. The work is identified as a construction or renovation project for the headquarters facility and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The solicitation is an MBE set-aside; bidders must have an active MBE certification when the solicitation closes. The solicitation package includes a scope of work, quote template, affirmation and disclosure form, standard terms and conditions, and an OPERS independent contractor form.
