Description
Ohio University is soliciting proposals for a search software-as-a-service solution for its university website. The opportunity is classified under computer software, computer software and data processing services, and web consulting/development services. The selected supplier will execute Ohio University's side letter agreement; any exceptions to that agreement must be included in the proposal, and changes to the indemnification clause may result in non-award because the clause is mandated by the Ohio Revised Code.
