Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Abandoned Mine Lands and Reclamation, is soliciting bids for the Lanham (Workman) Portals Construction/Reclamation project. The scope includes mobilization and demobilization, construction layout, quality control, site preparation, temporary access road construction, stabilization fabric, woven belted silt fencing, stabilized construction entrance, revegetation, riprap-lined channels, piezometer abandonment, wet mine seals, mine-seal conveyance pipe, mine-seal stone, dry polyurethane-foam mine seals, and soda ash briquettes. The solicitation requires electronic bid submission through the wvOASIS Vendor Self Service portal. A valid bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid must be submitted with the bid using the Department's official form. The solicitation also requires the AML Contractor Information Form, signed and dated within 30 days, for eligibility review; a drug-free workplace affidavit should be submitted with the bid and must be provided within one business day if requested.
