Description
This construction project requires all labor, materials, and equipment to restore and stabilize the stream bank along Little Olive Green Creek at multiple locations on Creek Road (T-941) in Center Township. The work includes excavation, drainfill, Type C rock riprap, woven-wire gabion baskets filled with limestone, Class 1 nonwoven geotextile, earthfill, dewatering, traffic control, pollution control, contractor quality control, and mobilization and demobilization. Disturbed areas must be graded for positive drainage and permanently stabilized through seeding and mulching. The contractor must provide written construction, traffic-control, dewatering, pollution-control, and quality-control plans as specified, use approved Ohio Department of Transportation materials and suppliers where required, and furnish a portable toilet and maintenance services for the contract duration. A written construction schedule is required before work begins.
