Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 10, intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with Lumenis Be, Inc. for a Lumenis Smart Selecta Trio service agreement supporting the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. The agency states that it believes only the proposed source possesses the required capabilities and that this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested contractors may submit a capabilities statement or quotation demonstrating, by clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. No solicitation package is available, and the Government will not reimburse response costs.
