Description
The Township of Old Bridge is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 CDBG Road Reconstruction project under Contract #2026-51. Bidders must submit proposals on the standard proposal form and comply with the applicable project specifications, statutory requirements, affirmative action requirements, Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, and New Jersey disclosure requirements. The bid package must include one original, one copy, and one flash drive. A bid guaranty of 10% of the maximum delivered price, not to exceed $20,000, is required and may be provided as a certified check or bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in New Jersey.
