Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is requesting two EKG machines for the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center's nursing and primary care operations. The machines may be MAC VU360 units or similar and must include a mobile computer workstation with monitor and sealed keyboard, touchscreen capability, replaceable and rechargeable internal battery, multiple USB ports, hook-up advisor, electrode-placement display, and the ability to launch and maintain remote browser applications. The equipment must measure heart rates from 30 to 300 beats per minute with the specified accuracy, use and store Z-fold thermal paper with pre-printed grid and perforation, and print patient information, report findings, and vital-sign data including heart rate, PR interval, QRS duration, QT/QTc, P-R-T axes, blood pressure, and other identified patient demographics. Delivery is required on an all-or-nothing, firm-fixed-price basis, with quotes including technical capability or quality, pricing for the base and option line items, and up to three recent and relevant past-performance efforts.
