Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is soliciting bids for the provision and installation of the latest Honeywell software and migration of existing HVAC services and settings to a new virtual server provided by the agency. The work includes database freezes and backups, graphics exports, database upgrades from R400 to R600 and R2025, dependency and EBI installations, converted-database imports, graphics migration and testing, point-to-point verification, system testing, and final cutover. Bidders should identify any additional services required. A Statement of Work must accompany the bid and provide estimated hours for each listed line item. Pricing must be entered in the OhioBuys item grid, and any separate quote must exactly match the grid total. The award will be made to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier; delivery, setup, and warranty costs must be included. Substitutions are not permitted unless expressly authorized.
