Description
Delaware Technical and Community College is soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified firms to provide architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, site and master planning, mechanical and plumbing engineering, electrical engineering, survey, landscape architecture, interior design, and construction and contract management services for public works construction projects collegewide. Projects may include new construction, renovation, repair, or replacement of roadways, parking lots, bridges, walkways, courtyards, drainage structures, stormwater controls, and related planning. The scope and number of projects will depend on available funding, and contracts may be awarded for up to five years. Clarifications state that firms do not need to provide every listed service and should identify the specific disciplines and services included in their response. The anticipated construction-management role is Construction Manager as Adviser. Responses should focus on SF-330 Section II, General Qualifications; the entire form is not required. Licenses and professional registrations may be included in an appendix and are excluded from the 25-page limit. Double-sided printing is permitted if the response remains within the page limit.
