Description
The City of Lubbock is seeking statements of qualifications from firms for prequalification to provide design-phase professional services. The listed service categories include architectural and engineering services, design-build and architectural services, water and wastewater-related design and consulting, utility infrastructure services, construction-related water-system services, and restoration and reclamation services. This is a qualifications-based prequalification process rather than a request for pricing. Respondents must not include hourly rates or fixed proposal costs for any specific scope of work. The submission requires a proposal file and several certifications and affidavits, including non-collusion, conflict-of-interest, insurance, suspension and debarment, and Texas Government Code certifications.
