Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is soliciting proposals from an MBE-certified contractor to remove existing wallpaper and adhesive, repair wall imperfections, apply one coat of oil-based primer, and apply two coats of premium-grade paint in the facility’s preferred color. The contractor must protect floors, trim, fixtures, and furniture and remove all debris and equipment upon completion. The work covers designated areas including a hallway, reception area, and office, with approximate dimensions provided in the solicitation. Proposals must include a detailed cost estimate, completion timeline, work methods and materials, warranty information, company profile, and references. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a proposal, and pricing must be entered in the OhioBuys item grid; any separate quote must match the item-grid total.
