The City of Dorval is seeking a multidisciplinary professional-services firm to support the planning, design, and implementation of renovation projects at Courtland, Jean-Paul Bernier, and Westwood parks. The scope includes developing concepts and plans, preparing specifications and construction tender documents, and providing construction supervision. The mandate is expected to cover all three parks during 2026 and includes two meetings with elected officials: one before and one after a webcast public consultation.
