This Sources Sought/RFI seeks information from companies interested in the future Consolidated Product-Line Management, Sustainment, and Modernization (CPMSM) requirement, including all or portions of the work. The anticipated effort will continue management and evolution of the Army’s Live Training Transformation product line and provide total life-cycle support for programs using it. The scope is expected to include product-line architectural development, system development, systems-of-systems management and integration, core-asset variability, configuration management, development and production processes, sustainment, and modernization. Respondents should describe relevant capabilities and experience and provide feedback on potential contracting strategies. The notice also requests company name, CAGE code, UEI number, point-of-contact information, business size, and socioeconomic status under NAICS 541512 or 541511. A Level 3 CMMI company rating is identified as necessary for the anticipated work. Responses are voluntary and should consist of a white paper limited to three pages, excluding a cover page, cover letter, table of contents, and past-performance documentation; proprietary information should be clearly marked.
