Description
The City of Forest Park is soliciting sealed bids for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the HAM-VAR-Forest Park EV Charger Project in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. Bids must be submitted on the forms available through the City's bid-information webpage, and bidders are responsible for obtaining any addenda. Each bidder must furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bond-form bid security must be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in Ohio. The project must be completed no later than January 31, 2027. If the total project exceeds $27,950, prevailing-wage requirements apply to public improvements in Hamilton County and the City of Forest Park, Ohio; the notice anticipates that the Prevailing Wage Law will apply.
