Description
The City of O'Fallon, Illinois is accepting sealed bids for the demolition of all buildings and structures at 407 E. 1st Street. The scope includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to demolish buildings, a masonry burn pit/BBQ pit, remove trees/foliage, retired private utility poles, rubbish, garbage, vehicles, trailers, and existing non-city sidewalks. Additionally, all wells, septic systems, and cisterns must be closed or removed per St. Clair County standards, and sanitary sewer lines capped. The site must be properly backfilled and seeded. Prevailing wages apply as per Illinois law.
