Description
The City of Florissant is soliciting competitive proposals to establish a blanket purchase agreement for the high-volume supply and delivery of various aggregate materials. These materials are essential for upcoming fiscal year operations, including roadway maintenance, winter storm management, water/sewer line bedding, volumetric concrete production, and general infrastructure repairs. Key materials include Type 1 aggregates certified to meet Missouri Highway and Transportation Department specifications, as well as various types of crushed stone and sand. All materials must be sourced from stockpiles inspected and approved by the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department or the Illinois Department of Transportation. Transportation charges must be included in the unit bid price, with any additional delivery charges clearly indicated. The contract will be for a one-year period, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods.
