Description
The University of Missouri is seeking proposals for the furnishing and delivery of fire alarm inspection, testing, and maintenance services. This contract will cover approximately 167 buildings on the University of Missouri-Columbia campus, encompassing a diverse range of fire alarm systems from various manufacturers and ages. The contractor will be responsible for annual inspections and testing in accordance with NFPA 72 (2019), Chapter 14, and will be required to submit compliant inspection and testing reports and corresponding panel logs. The contract period is for three years from the date of award, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
