Description
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations for a Professional Services Contract. The scope of work includes upgrading the existing Peoplesoft environment, which currently manages HR, payroll, and time-tracking functions. Additionally, the contract will involve the implementation of new budgeting and financial modules and applications. Proposals must be received no later than July 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM. RFP packets will be available starting June 19, 2026, at 1915 Olive Street, St. Louis, MO 63103, or online at https://slmpd.org/procurement/.
