Description
This solicitation is for annual airflow certification services for the Saint Louis VA Medical Centers, specifically the John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks locations. The services include testing the HVAC systems and components to measure air volume, pressure differentials, and maximum air changes per hour (ACH). The testing must be performed in accordance with ASHRAE 170-2013, VHA Directive 1116(2), VA Design Manuals (PG-18-10), and The Joint Commission standards. The contract will be for a Base Year with four (4) Option years, with a performance period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. The solicitation is a Total Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
