Description
Jefferson County, Missouri, is soliciting bids for appraisal services to support various county projects. These services will be needed on an as-needed basis for real estate acquisition, permanent easements, and temporary easements. The county is looking for proposals that detail the types of services available and their associated costs, including: * Appraisal Review * Complex Appraisal Review * Waiver Valuation * Value Finding Appraisal * Standard Appraisal Format * Appraisal Assistance (hourly) * Litigation-related services such as appearance at commissioners' viewing, deposition time, and trial testimony time. Fee appraisers and review appraisers must be on the Missouri Department of Transportation's roster of Approved Contract Appraisers and hold state appraisal certification in good standing with the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission. Proposed prices will remain in effect for one year.
