Description
This solicitation is for the construction of two covered parking structures with rooftop solar panels at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station in St. Louis, MO. The project is set aside for small businesses. The government's target price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The preferred project schedule is 260 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed, but alternative terms may be submitted. Performance and payment bonds will be required within 10 calendar days after award.
