Description
The Black Jack Fire Protection District is soliciting sealed bids for a land survey of acquired property located at 5705 N. Highway 67. Specifications for the survey can be obtained at the Fire District Administration Office, located at 5675 North Highway 67, Florissant, Missouri, during business hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday). Bids must be clearly marked "SEALED BID -- Black Jack Fire Protection District Land Survey" and submitted to the Fire District Administration Office no later than 3:00 PM on June 29, 2026. The bids are scheduled to be opened by the Board of Directors at their meeting on June 30, 2026, at the same office location. The Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities, and negotiate changes. They also reserve the right to extend bid submission and opening deadlines. Minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against.
