Description
St. Louis County is seeking sealed bids for on-site phlebotomy services to be provided to the Department of Public Health. Potential bidders must register as a vendor in the Vendor Self-Service (VSS) portal on the St. Louis County website to receive the Invitation for Bid. Registration is free and typically takes approximately 24 hours to process. Bidders without internet access can request the Invitation for Bid and alternative accommodations for bid submission by contacting the Division of Procurement. St. Louis County reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all bids.
