Description
This project involves a comprehensive refresh of the suspended ceiling system at the City of Florissant Police Station. The scope of work includes three primary phases: demolition and site preparation (removing and disposing of old ceiling tiles, inspecting the grid for damage), structural repair and grid painting (replacing compromised T-bars, realigning sagging sections, cleaning and painting the existing grid), and installation of new acoustic tiles (CertainTeed SMC224 sand micro, SHM sand micro, or equal) and final cleanup. The contract is for a six-month period, effective June 15, 2026.
