Description
Hydro-Québec is soliciting proposals for construction of underground conduits for 315 kV lines L3212 and L3213 between the Notre-Dame and Hochelaga substations. The scope covers Lot 2A in the Hochelaga sector and Lot 2B in the Notre-Dame sector, including specified chainage segments and all accessory work required for complete execution. The estimated contract value, including options, is $10 million to $20 million. The work requires qualified personnel and compliance with the contract documents. The estimated contract period is seven months. The solicitation also requires bid security; performance and payment guarantees are to be provided at award. The buyer does not commit to accepting any proposal.
