Description
This solicitation is for interior painting and minor sheetrock repair services at the Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center in Stuttgart, Arkansas. The project involves approximately 9,400 square feet of wall space that requires painting, with a need to match existing paint colors using premium, durable paint. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, and labor, including covering furniture and floors for protection. Minor damage to sheetrock walls will need to be patched, and any cracks or gaps caulked. The contractor must also ensure proper disposal of all materials used and adhere to applicable codes and standards, including those from OSHA and ADA. A Site-Specific Safety Plan must be submitted and approved prior to the start of any construction activities. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, excluding Government holidays. The project has a base bid requirement and must be completed within 90 days after award.
