Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) seeks proposals for the interior renovation of a 2,997 square foot fitness room. The project encompasses five key areas: painting (approximately 5,078 sq ft of walls), mirror installation (approximately 2,214 sq ft of wall space), flooring preparation and installation (approximately 2,592 sq ft of athletic mats), electrical and lighting upgrades (replacing 33 fluorescent lights with LEDs and 10 ceiling fans with LED fixtures), and the installation of a one-way backflow prevention valve on an exterior drain. The magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, June 23rd, at 0900 PDT, with the rally point being the west gate visitor parking lot. Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) pre-qualification and submit a base access form to be granted base access. This requirement is being solicited as a women-owned small business set-aside. Quotes must be submitted electronically to jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and justin.scales.1@us.af.mil. Questions will be accepted until seven days prior to the solicitation response deadline.
