Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Veterans Nursing Facility (WVVNF) in Clarksburg, WV, is soliciting bids for a one-time construction project to install Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring, cove base, patch and repair drywall, and paint in 36 residential rooms. The vendor must furnish all materials and labor, including LVT equivalent to Mannington 18x18 Spacia Stone, cove base equivalent to Burke Products 4" 080 Black/Brown, and paint equivalent to ProMar 200 series. Work includes patching, sanding, cleaning, and painting walls, metal door casings, and installing transition strips. The project must be completed within 150 days of award. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit are required.
