Description
Mt. San Antonio College is seeking prequalified contractors for the exterior paint project of Buildings 26A, 26B, 26C, and 26D. The project includes comprehensive surface preparation, repairs, caulking, sealant application, water blasting, cleaning, priming, and application of specified paint and protective coating systems to all designated exterior surfaces. Work also includes protection of adjacent surfaces and landscaping, as well as complete cleanup and disposal of debris. The project will be performed in multiple phases coordinated with the college to minimize disruption.
