Description
The University at Buffalo intends to purchase Paint Supplies and Accessories. This purchase will be made through a contract previously awarded by Sourcewell. This procurement method is authorized under section 163 (3) (vi) of the relevant statutes, which permits the acquisition of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell paint supplies and accessories are invited to contact the University to discuss this procurement. This opportunity does not have specific goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE), or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation.
