Description
The City of Salem Housing Authority (SHA) is soliciting bids for exterior painting services for its Parkway West and Parkway East properties. This project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, site protection, and onsite supervision necessary for painting all exterior surfaces. Bidders must register on the OregonBuys website (https://oregonbuys.gov/bso/view/login/login.xhtml) to obtain bid documents and to stay updated on any addenda. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM at 3143 7th Place NE, Salem, Oregon 97303. Bids must be submitted electronically through Equity Hub's Bid Locker (https://bidlocker.us/a/salem_or/BidLocker) by Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 2:30 PM. Late bids will not be accepted. A bid security of 10 percent of the bid amount is required. This solicitation is subject to prevailing wage rate requirements for public works contracts in Oregon. Contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local civil rights and rehabilitation statutes.
