Description
The United States Air Force intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to perform minor repair, painting, and coating work on the facades of multiple facilities. The scope includes work on Building 202 (Base Bid), Building 231 (Additive Item #01), Building 221 (Additive Item #02), and Building 203 (Additive Item #03). The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 U.S. Dollars, with a period of performance estimated at 150 calendar days. This requirement will be procured using RFO 14 and RFO 36, Sealed Bidding, and Construction Contracts. A solicitation package will be available on SAM.gov on or after June 26, 2026. In accordance with the Agreement of Defense and Cooperation between the Kingdom of Spain and the United States of America, contractors must be authorized to carry out these activities in Spain under Spanish law and meet the requirements established by Spanish legislation for execution of government works. Spanish material, labor, and equipment shall be used whenever feasible and consistent with the requirements.
