Description
Custom Group, LLC, as the Program Manager for the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA), is seeking sealed bids for exterior painting of buildings (155,889 sq. ft.) and environmental mitigation of lead-based paint content at the Andres Mendez Liceaga public housing development in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico. The project includes work on 23 residential buildings, one administration building, and one basketball court. Bid documents will be available from June 9, 2026, to July 21, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. by emailing femabids@customgrouppr.com. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held virtually on June 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., with a site visit on June 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Public Housing Project Administration Building. Attendance is not mandatory but highly recommended. Bids are due by 4:00 p.m. on July 22, 2026, and will be opened at 4:30 p.m. on the same day at Custom Group, LLC's office located at 3 Rios Building, 27 Gonzalez Giusti Ave., Suite 202, Guaynabo. Bidders must have an active status in the System for Award Management (SAM).
