Description
This solicitation is for the Justice Building Carpet Replacement and Interior Painting project. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the specified work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the State Construction Office, Suite 450, Raleigh, NC 27601, in the large conference room. A tour of the Justice Building will follow the project briefing. Complete electronic plans and specifications can be obtained from Raymond Global, Inc. Bidders must include a form identifying minority business participation and either Affidavit A or Affidavit B with their bid proposal. Failure to complete these forms may result in bid rejection. Contractors must possess the proper trade licenses as required by North Carolina law.
