Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting bids for breakroom renovations at the Child Protective Services facility located at 2700 Ben Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76103. The scope of work includes demolition of existing VCT floor tile, installation of new ceramic tile, painting of walls and cabinets, and replacement of laminate countertops. Bidders must attend one of two mandatory on-site visits on June 22 or June 23, 2026. The response deadline is July 1, 2026.
