Description
The City of Oxnard is soliciting bids for routine landscape maintenance services covering Landscape Maintenance Districts 27–52 and 54–60, four parks, and two trail segments. The base service package includes maintenance of turf and greenbelts, landscaped beds, shrubs, vines and groundcover, trees and palms, irrigation observation and minor repairs, routine weed control, litter and debris removal, graffiti removal, and related public-safety observations. Bidders must price monthly, biweekly, and weekly service frequencies for each applicable district, park, or trail item. The solicitation also requests unit pricing for authorized as-needed work such as additional labor, irrigation technicians, soil testing, fertilization, tree removal, stump grinding, power washing, mowing, edging, drainage, pest control, landscape renovation, and turf renovation. An all-or-none additive alternate covers business-day or true-daily trash, litter, dog-waste station, and barbecue-grill service. Required bid materials include the City forms, completed Excel cost sheet, applicable California C-27 and Qualified Pesticide License/Certificate documentation, DIR registration information, three client references from the past five years, and any proposed clarifications or exceptions. The anticipated term is one base year with up to four one-year options.
