Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, through Immigration and Customs Enforcement, seeks food-service and laundry cleaning agents for a detention facility. Required products include dish-machine detergents and rinse additives, lime-scale remover, food-service sanitizer and detergents, laundry detergents, destainer, softening sour, dryer blocks, and liquid drain treatment. Quantities are estimated monthly and will be delivered as needed in pallet quantities. The contractor must provide, install, adjust, and set corrections-grade stainless-steel locking dispensers and enclosures, remove the incumbent contractor’s equipment, provide an initial one-month supply within 30 days of award, submit monthly equipment and water-condition reports, and provide training at installation completion. Quotes must include all products, delivery, installation, and other charges for a 12-month base period and four one-year option periods. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside and will use a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation.
