Description
The City of Casa Grande is requesting Statements of Qualifications from a qualified Construction Manager at Risk to provide pre-construction services and complete construction services for the Thornton Road and Cottonwood Lane Improvements. Responses will be evaluated in accordance with Section Five of the SOQ instructions and scope of work package.
