Description
The California Highway Patrol is soliciting bids for weekly rental and servicing of protective clothing and operational supplies for its North Sacramento Area office. The scope includes shop jackets, short- and long-sleeve uniform shirts, uniform trousers, slip-resistant mats, automotive shop rags, and microfiber towels. The contractor must furnish, measure, deliver, pick up, clean, sanitize, repair, replace, resize, and inventory the items, with service performed once per week during normal business hours. The agreement is anticipated to run from November 1, 2026, through November 30, 2029, or until approvals are obtained, with quantities subject to operational needs and no guaranteed minimum. Bidders must meet specified experience, licensing, business-status, and past-performance requirements and submit the required bid forms and supporting documentation. Award is intended for the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest evaluated cost.
