Description
The U.S. Marine Corps is soliciting firm-fixed-price laundry services supporting Exercise Resolute Hunter and 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion at Naval Air Station Fallon. The contractor must provide all labor, management, transportation, materials, pickup, commercial laundering, inventory accountability, and delivery services for approximately 8,750 pounds of laundry in approximately 1,750 bags. Pickups are scheduled for October 29, November 2, November 5, November 9, and November 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the South Gate of Naval Air Station Fallon, with cleaned items returned to the unit the day after pickup. The contractor must meet a 24-hour turnaround, return items clean and dry and free of objectionable odors and removable dirt and stains, maintain accurate bag inventories, comply with installation access and security requirements, and provide a manager available throughout performance. Quotations must include a completed SF 1449, pricing, a technical capability response, and no more than one recent similar laundry-services example from the past three years.
