Description
Bucks County is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of laundry chemicals, dispensing systems, and related service under a unit-cost term contract. The contract is expected to begin on or about December 1, 2026, run for two years, and include two additional one-year extension options. Bidders must attend a required site visit with the designated County representative for each site and submit signed site visit verification with their bid. The submission must include the completed Bid Table (BT-12IJ), completed Questionnaire (Q-24BJ), signed Agreement, descriptive product literature for all proposed items including the dispensing system, a list of clients serving approximately 1.7 million pounds annually from at least three nursing facilities and three correctional facilities, site visit verification, and detailed installation drawings and specifications for the dispensing systems.
