Description
The City of Temple Terrace is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide as-needed public works concrete construction, replacement, repair, rehabilitation, restoration, and maintenance throughout the city. Work may include sidewalks, curbs and gutters, driveway aprons, ADA-compliant curb ramps, pedestrian pathways, concrete pads, crosswalks, medians, parking areas, retaining walls, stormwater and drainage infrastructure, and other related concrete and public infrastructure. Additional work may include demolition, excavation, trenching, grading, dewatering, subgrade preparation, backfilling, utility coordination, storm drains, inlets, catch basins, manholes, culverts, drainage structures, drainage pipe, swales, underdrains, concrete placement and finishing, pavement and asphalt restoration, sodding, traffic control, erosion and sediment control, and site cleanup. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete assigned projects in accordance with the contract documents, applicable plans and specifications, City standards, and applicable laws and permit requirements.
