Description
Fresno Unified School District is soliciting bids to install a new buffer tank in the chilled-water return piping to the chillers at Farber Educational Campus. The project has a 90-calendar-day completion period, and the prime contractor must hold a valid Class C-20 contractor’s license. The district’s estimated project cost is approximately $140,000. The project has a 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) goal. Bids must include a DVBE Declaration and be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bidder’s bond for at least 10% of the total bid. Prime contractors must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and the job walk immediately afterward. Bids are submitted through the district’s online bidding portal.
